Custom Orders

In rare cases where a customer mismeasures or orders an incorrect size for a custom hose, we may offer an exchange for the correct size — provided the item has not been used or installed. Exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty Coverage

All brackets and parts are backed by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If you experience an issue covered by warranty, please contact our support team for assistance.

To request a warranty claim or exchange, please email sales@portaproducts.com or call 386-428-7417. Include your order details, 9-digit serial number, description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.
